Kashaf Shahzad is Asst. Manager (Accounts & Admin) at Centre for Language Engineering, UET. She holds both a BBA and MBA degree from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. She has total 6 years of experience in overseeing Accounts and Admin functions i.e.
- Manage financials reporting (Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly of national and international Projects.
- Manage monthly payroll of employees
- Handling contingent bills, vendor’s invoices, facilitating payments and coordinating with auditors
- Organized workshops on Prosodic Analysis and Experimental Phonology using PRAAT and 7th International Conference in CLE
- Maintaining CLE library, bank books and stock registers
In addition to her managerial role, she has conducted research in the field of Management, focusing on the impact of organizational justice and support on employee’s behavior. Her dedication and contributions have been recognized through the prestigious CLE Excellence Award, which she has received for four consecutive years, spanning from 2018 to 2020 and then again in 2023.
