Call for Tutorial/Workshop Proposals


The organizing committee of CLT20 invites proposals for tutorials/workshop to be held during the conference, Feburary 19-21, 2020. Tutorial/Workshop proposal must cover emerging topics that fit the scope of CLT and are of current interest to the CLT community. The tutorial/workshop should not be the current work of the presenter. It should cover the topic in depth. Each accepted tutorial/workshop proposal will be approximately 2 hours long.

Submission Guideline

  • Tutorial/Workshop proposals should be sent to the Tutorial/Workshop Chairs and should be submitted in PDF format. Each proposal should not exceed five pages in total. Each tutorial/workshop proposal must include:
    1. Title of Tutorial/Workshop Proposal
    2. Topic Description
    3. Aims and Learning Objectives
    4. An Outline of the Tutorial/Workshop Content
    5. Profile/CV of the Presenter
    6. Contact information
  • Authors should submit their tutorial/workshop proposal through email to clt20_tutorial@cle.org.pk

Important Dates


Tutorial/Workshop Proposal Submission: 1st November, 2019
Notification of Acceptance: 20th November, 2019
Camera Ready Submission: 27th November, 2019
Early Registration: 3rd December, 2019
Conference: 19th - 21st February, 2020
