Non-Authors/Participants conference registration fee covers:

A valid student ID is required in order to get the student rate.
For each accepted paper, at least one author MUST BE REGISTERED for the conference by Jan., 17th, 2020. ONE registration will cover only 1 PAPER. If the registration has not been done by the deadline, the paper may not be included in the conference.
If more than one authors will attend the conference, each author needs to register.
A registration is considered complete after both registration form and payment proof are received by the conference. Please kindly ensure that payment reaches us by the deadline for the respective registration phase.
Each type of registration fee is Non-transferable/Non-refundable.

Step 3: Registration Confirmation

Please note that the registration for the conference will be confirmed upon payment on a “first come, first served” basis.
If you have successfully paid the registration via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), please email the following documents to:
clt20@cle.org.pk subject “CLT 2020 Payment”:

1. Scanned of the proof-of bank transfer or payment
2. Scanned Student ID Card (for students only)

Upon receipt of the full registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. It is obligatory to bring this confirmation to the onsite registration desk as a proof of your registration.
